We want you to be fully satisfied with your LØCI footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your sneakers are in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund or a seamless size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn LØCI sneakers back in their original eco-friendly box and ensure all protective fillers and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
